How about hosting a Christmas show with Shamu? SeaWorld will be holding auditions for male vocalists with show hosting skills for it’s Christmas Celebration Shamu Show.

Auditions will be held on Saturday, September 25th.

Must have a vocal range of C3-F#4. A pop, soul influence with a warm vocal tone with good breath control. Need to be able to vocally captivate a large stadium audience by singing and speaking.

All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Auditions for THEM, conceived and directed by Ishmael Houston-Jones

Are you a boy, do you like to dance, are you fearless, do you want to perform at both the New Museum and Performance Space 122 in the same month? How do you feel about dancing with a dead goat? Be a part of this historic reconstruction, 25 years later.

For this revival of THEM we are looking for 6 MALE PERFORMERS who are strong DANCE IMPROVISERS and who are not afraid of on-stage INTIMACY and VIOLENCE.
Following an intense 4-week rehearsal/development period at the New Museum, THEM will run at PS 122 October 21 – October 30.

The audition will be held at the New Museum on Saturday, September 11th from 11 AM to 2 PM with call-backs the same day from 4 to 6 PM.

Blastbay Studios is currently seeking auditions for a radio play called Life Reformatted. All applicants must live in (or be able to travel to) Los Angeles.

The story is about Tom Wilks, who travels forward in time as the result of purchasing a computer from an unknown source. The future in this case is a traditional dystopia where people can no longer breathe without the help of gas masks due to pollution, and where all electronic devices are banned.

Payment: 50 dollars/hour

Audition end date: Friday, August 27th.

Recording date: Sunday, September 12th (9 AM to 5 PM, or until all scenes are recorded).
